MELLISSA ANNE WATERS is a Senior Human Resources and Administrative professional. With a robust background in office administration, human resources, and strategic management, she is committed to fostering an environment where business, people, and culture thrive. Mellissa has been the Managing Director of Trial Pro, PA since 2020 and has experience with firms practicing personal injury, bankruptcy, estate planning, real estate, elder law, corporate tax, and litigation law.
Mellissa is active in the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), where she has worked as an Exam Development and Content Validity consultant and as a content contributor to HR Magazine and with the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), where she volunteers in the local chapter of the Central Florida Association of Legal Administrators (CFCALA) as chair of the Community and Scholarship Committee. She also volunteers with Run St. Pete as a St. Pete Run Fest Ambassador. Mellissa maintains a SHRM-SCP certification and has been certified by the SHRM Veterans at Work program.
